Refund & Return Policy

Because every order is custom-manufactured to your specifications, our refund and return process works a little differently from off-the-shelf retail products.

Before Production

If you need to cancel or change an order before production has started, you’re entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any design work already completed if a custom mockup was created specifically for your order.

After Production

Because custom packaging can’t be resold once produced, we’re unable to offer refunds simply for a change of mind after production has begun. If there is a manufacturing defect, or the delivered order doesn’t match your approved proof or specifications, we will remake or reimburse the affected units at no extra cost.

Reporting an Issue

Please inspect your order on arrival and report any defect or discrepancy within 7 days of delivery, along with photos where possible, so our team can review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund for the affected units.
