Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of PinnacleCraft.co and any quote, order, or service arranged through this website or our support channels (phone, email, WhatsApp).

Quotes & Pricing

Prices are provided as custom quotes based on the size, material, finish, and quantity you specify, and are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise. A quote is not a confirmed order until both parties agree in writing (including via email or WhatsApp) and any required deposit is received.

Artwork & Approval

You are responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, text, or specifications you submit. Production only begins after you approve a design proof or mockup — please review proofs carefully, as we are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Production & Delivery

Turnaround times quoted are estimates starting from design approval, not from the date of initial inquiry, and can vary with order complexity and season. Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates and outside our direct control.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once a job has entered production, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a charge covering materials and work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

We aim for accuracy in every order but, as with any print production, minor variation in color or material between a digital proof and the finished product can occur. Our liability for any issue is limited to correcting the affected units or, where correction isn’t possible, a refund for those units.
