This page explains how we ship completed packaging orders once production is finished.

Turnaround Time

Standard production turnaround begins once your design is approved and typically ranges from 7–14 business days depending on the complexity of the order, material, and finishing options selected. Rush production may be available on request — ask your quote contact for current availability.

Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide and can arrange international shipping for bulk orders on request — let us know your destination when requesting a quote so freight can be estimated accurately.

Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, we’ll share a tracking reference with you through the same channel (email or WhatsApp) you used to place the order, so you can follow its progress.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can look into it and arrange a resolution.
